Delivery Information

UK DELIVERY:

We ship all items via Royal Mail.

Orders placed Monday to Friday are collected the next working day.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are collected the following Monday or next working day.

We offer standard delivery via 2nd Class, which does not include tracking.

If you need your item sooner, we also offer 'Tracked 24', which is usually delivered the next day, although this is not guaranteed.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We currently ship to the following countries:

Germany, France, Canada, USA, Spain and the Republic of Ireland.

International shipping times vary.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive. If you have not received your item after 10 working days, please contact us.

Aesthetic Shop is not responsible for any customs charges, VAT or import duties payable on arrival in your country.

If you would like us to ship to any other countries, please contact us to enquire.

Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before checking out, as we cannot offer refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind.

Please note that our emergency kits do not include prescription items such as Torbac, Hyaluronidase or Adrenaline.
